Life Didn’t Come With A User Manual.
So I Started Looking For One.
For years, I found myself asking questions that seemed surprisingly simple, yet incredibly difficult to answer.
Why do we think the way we do?
What shapes our emotions, beliefs, and behaviour?
Is there a connection between science and spirituality?
Can ancient wisdom and modern knowledge complement one another?
As I searched for answers through books, research, entrepreneurship, travel, Yoga, and conversations with teachers from different traditions, I realised that each discipline was exploring the same human experience from a different perspective.
That search eventually became User Manual for a Human Being.
The Story Behind The Book
This book was never part of a plan to become an author.
It began as a personal journey of learning.
Every question led to another book. Every book led to another idea. Every experience challenged old assumptions and revealed new perspectives. Gradually, connections began to appear between science, psychology, philosophy, religion, spirituality, and Yoga—subjects that are often studied separately but seemed deeply interconnected.
I spent years researching, travelling, observing, and organising these ideas into a logical sequence that anyone could follow, regardless of their background or beliefs.
What began as personal notes slowly evolved into chapters, and those chapters eventually became a manuscript.
Writing the book changed me just as much as researching it.
It reminded me that genuine understanding rarely comes from collecting answers. Instead, it grows through observation, curiosity, experience, and the willingness to continue asking better questions.
What Makes This Book Different
Rather than focusing on a single subject, User Manual for a Human Being brings together multiple perspectives into one continuous journey.
Beginning with the birth of the universe and the evolution of life, the book gradually explores the human body, mind, energy system, subconscious patterns, karma, Yoga, consciousness, and self-realisation.
It does not ask readers to believe anything blindly.
Instead, it encourages observation, reflection, inquiry, and personal experience.
Supported by more than 150 original illustrations, the book presents complex ideas in a simple, logical, and engaging way, making them accessible to readers from every background.
More Than A Book
For me, this book is not the conclusion of my journey.
It is one chapter within it.
Many of the experiences that inspired these pages continue to evolve through my travels, Yoga practice, research, and conversations with remarkable people. Those ongoing discoveries are shared through my blogs, talks, and future projects.
If this book encourages someone to become more curious about themselves and the world around them, then it has fulfilled its purpose.
Continue The Journey
Whether you choose the paperback, hardcover, digital edition, or audiobook, my hope is that this book becomes more than something you simply read.
I hope it becomes a companion that encourages you to pause, reflect, ask deeper questions, and continue your own journey of understanding.
“Understanding ourselves may be the most important education we never received.”
